When you book an appointment, time is reserved just for you, limiting availability for others. To ensure smooth scheduling, we have the following cancellation policies in place.

I understand that life happens, and policy enforcement is at my discretion based on individual circumstances. All appointments receive a confirmation email and text with my policies, along with a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No Call/No Show
No-call, no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged a 100% cancelation fee of the scheduled service. This fee cannot be put towards future services and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Policy
Things happen, if you are running late please call or text 608-480-1772 to let me know. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but if there isn’t enough time to complete your service, the full treatment cost will still apply
